“Strong Back, Soft Front”

Krystle earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology with a double minor in Sociology and Cognitive Sciences. While attending her undergrad program and after graduation, she provided services to various vulnerable populations affected by social injustices ( Elderly, At-risk youth, Foster Youth, Veterans and Victims of abuse). Wanting to better serve the community, she earned her Masters in Social Work at California State University, Sacramento. She is now a Mental Health Clinician at the Stockton Trauma Recovery Center where she utilizes therapy to empower self-healing, increase awareness of therapy as a viable vehicle for recovery, assist programs which address community disparities and negotiate the macro social/political environment to effect positive change for current and future generations to come.
